You get main info if you download edc 15 manual.
Aso you get lots of info on youtube, vagecumap channel.
First you need to understand how engine works. Then how edc works.
After you know how edc works you know the main steps:
1.Driver wish(IQ you ask depending on throttle position)
2.Smoke map(IQ allowed by ecu if enough air into cylinder to burn fuel at specific afr)
3.Torque map(iq allowed by ecu,the last way of reducing iq at specific rpm)

If you look on youtube at vagecu channel you will notice:
Compare iq in driver wish with the one in torque map.Maybe you will get enough iq value on driver wish and much reduced value on torque map.If so,you have room in smoke map and torque map to rise the iq closer(but under) driver wish values.
This is the basic thing to do.
If you want more, you need axis modification at driver wish to get more fuel, new calculations on duration maps, new calculations on smoke map to allow that fuel to be burned at safe egt/less smoke.Maf axis on smoke map could also need biger value added. If so,you need also boost target map modifications in paralell with n75 map mods. Now,you might have some limits inside the map that do allow a max iq or boost value. You need to find and mod those also.And....your diag tool will not read new increased values. So you need mods into map to get vcds/vas to read new increased values. And after all that you will need fine tuning for linear response and safety for clutch, turbo etc.

So,if you ask help for values, you will not get it.You will get a new map or you will get help if you ask specific questions. For example map locations, factors etc.
Start reading,or pay for it and go on easy way.
Download and look on 150hp ARL maps.
