Can I read/write after the conversion via OBD and MPPS or do I need a programmer?

If I use a programmer, how do I get 1 file, it's on two seperate chips how to handle that?

you can use this chips. when you desolder old chips you can read ori files from old chips. then make mod , programming chips and solder to ecu (or use sockets). msa is not 1 MB file.

you need programmer to read old chips and programming new one. msa have 2x 126 KB files. you can join together using winols.
