throttle error after flashing ori

Postby murfieus » Wed Dec 06, 2017 4:56 am

hi guys, hope someone can help me with this
my mk5 golf gti 2.0tfsi dsg med9.1 gives an throttle error after i wrote the ori file back and doesnt responce on the gaspedal. i tryed an tuned file with a other letter at the end.

ori 1k0907115A and tuned 1k0907115J.

i did a ori fullread and checksums were OK. then i fullwrote the tuned file and it gives some shocks at full load but it drives ok with part throttle so i did a throttle bassicsettings and an adaption but still the same issue.
so i fullwrote the ori back and now it wont responce and have a bad idle. i tryed the bassicsettings and adoptions but still no luck.
it has a dtc in the throttle and it says error when i try the basicsettings. its acting like i have put a wrong ecu in it but i only changed the files.

i use mppsv18 to read and write.

thnks!

if you really know something about tuning you should know that you cant flash other software into your ecu special med9 and med17 easy to brick... its not a edc15 or me7...

That’s checksum error, did you wrote the file with mpps?

Your problem is nothing special or unusual, but you need VCP to recover it.

Or simply write the backup file in bdm mode with ktag

That’s a common problem with clone hardware...

Ive had this a few times,

I managed to fix the problem by saving (0) in adaptation channel 0 then cycle the ignition and do basic settings 060.
