Hello,

3 years ago my car was remapped by a company that doesn't excist anymore today.
I recently decided to get my 116d some upgrades for more power. (hybrid turbo, injectors, map sensor, intercooler, fuelpump)
Only thing left is a map for the car.

Now comes my question, is there a way to find out if the company that mapped my car 3 years ago disabled the Tuning Protection on my edc17 ecu?

Read it out on the bench with a BDM tool, this way you will get everything and it will bypass protection too
