At my work we have 5x vivaro 2.5 135HP

I have tuned my vivaro

Can i use the same files for the other vivaro's if the ECU is the Same?

Or do i need to read the files of the other vehicles and edit and then write.

Best way is to tune each car's Original dump,
if you use other tunes then you can break things very fast...
