Is my ECU remapped

Hi everyone.

Is there a bright mind that can spot on the ecu file if it has been remapped?

My skoda octavia 2.0 pd bkd was showing a whopping 125kw @ 4000rpm and 395 nm @2500 rpm on the dyno so i am unsure if the dyno is measuring correct or the car has been remapped?

the attached picture showes dyno pulls with two curves.

Red curve is with load applied via dyno brake
Orange curve is pure intertia pull without load

file which you uploaded is ori file, not moded.
