Postby jerrymac » Thu Jan 04, 2018 1:42 pm

Hello Everyone,
how do i go about reading my original Chips from my ECU i have a mini pro chip reader/burner and it doesn't have a selection for the Bosh chips i pulled out, and i have tried a few online files for my ecu but the car wouldn't start, i put the chips in to the burner and selected a manufacturer ( Texas instruments) and the chip 27c512r and it opened the chip and i saved the files, i sent them to the Guy and the car wont start so im sure it read it wrong, but the other problem is i have found so many different ''.ORI'' files for this car and software would someone please forward on the correct files please. sorry for babbling on.
Ecu Number:
028906021AF

Numbers on the chips:
2537355548
**0281001309**

2537355547
**0281001308**

Can anyone help ? and hopefully ye understand me ?

you have to read with 27c010, and to see if your read is ok you must to write the stock file in to new chips and test if it starts..
