This ECU is write protected

Hi all

I have a Peugeot 807 2.2 HDi 2005 plate.

The ECU is an EDC15

When I try to read the ECU I get the error above informing me that the ECU is write protected.

Is there a way around this?

What tool did you use for reading?If dump have NOREAD tag, can't read with MPPS, try Galletto, KESS.

Read on the bench in bootmode, or if ecu has BDM points, by BDM

I used MPPS. I have tried Galletto software but couldn’t find the Galletto cable so tried Galletto software with MPPS cable and it didn’t work, not sure if that was down to the cable/software combo though
