Before editing any values I think you need to build a good map pack. Searching on this forum alone will come up with a lot of very good results, just search for the EDC15C2 topics and a whole load of great info will come up. Doing this will also help build up the axis description profiles which in turn will help understand the maps.
When you have a good map pack start to compare the 110/90 files and look how Peugeot have done it. I doubt people on here or anywhere else will just make a map pack for you because it won't help you learn anything. Once you understand the map and its descriptor it will become alot easier.
Here are a few good links to help you out-
110hp file for you to compare-
WinOLS (Peugeot 406 (Original) - 359082).rar

How to select maps, I found this short video very helpful and things became a lot easier afterwards. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frPKA7UOZ4g
