Car shutdown after increasing Rail Pressure

Postby MothaHDI » Sun Jan 21, 2018 8:17 pm

Hi, so today i did another remap to my car only to change the rail pressure. I increase the pressure o 1450bar and the result was noticed, but when i do agressive driving, on 4th gear at 4000rpms the car shutdown and i cant turn it back on... it needs to rotate the key severall times to work (obvios it was the low pressure pump). On the panel it apears the code P0230.

Possible problems:

-Bad remap?
-Pump problem? (it works when the car is starting);
-Wiring problem? (I checked the relay module and it was fine);
-Fuel pipes? (possible)
-Dont know more

Thx :D

How many are of them? I changed the "first one" to 1500bar :?

search in the same area values like 14000 or 14500 and search your sensor maximun pressure if its 1500 bar you dont pass 1440-145p bar or a pressure spike triggered the error because exceed maximun sensor pressure

In my file there are 5 SVRPL at 13500, 1 Max rail pressure at 14500 and one for the maximum diagnostic pressure. All the SVRPL are located just after the first Injection duration map, diagnostic one is located in the grey area.

Can you show me your file?

Unfortunately, my ECU is strange... i dont have oil and water temp map and i cant find anywhere SVRPL :/

I'll leave the file down below, if anyone can help me i would be SUPER gratefull :D

your file has totally different single value rail limiter logic and also pretty different when you start to dig for power above 200hp, as it also contain rail diagnosti limiter wich stucks at 1350bar...this file has no suitable damos, and must be done by experience. In his file there are 9 limiters. 4 at lower rail pressures and 5 at higher pressures.
