I thought as much, the car did suffer a bad overboost, absolute pressure was maybe around 43 psia, well out of range I think for the gt1749v, the noise must be an aerodynamic one, so due to the overboost the compressor wheel is probably damaged and there is most likely play axially, I haven't checked yet but will do as soon as the rain goes away...
Out of curiosity, how much boost can the GT1749v support continually and momentarily thanks...
