First job is to replace the turbo, I'm not after immense power just a map which hasn't been done badly, I'm currently waiting for the turbo to arrive so I will be writing a new map when it's on, would you say 1.7 bar will do 80mg? If so how do I add a new set of values to injection quantity as I've just finished selecting th maps I need and put them in the my maps folder in winols...

Will you be able to inject 80mg? I mean, you have original injectors...do you know what is the max they can handle?
We normally change axis, example last column is 60 and we change to accomodate what we need. So you can edit column value.

I think only after about 230 horsepower they need updating so I think they can, although I haven't had my injectors flow tested, if 190-200 horsepower seems to be achievable on a standard 1.9 16v, Celtic tuning offer 212 horsepower from standard but I'm pretty sure that is exaggerated or is killing the turbo. I'd be happy with 190-200

the 1749 turbo of cdti 16v can sustain 1,55bar at 4000 rpm the inyector are good to 240-240hp,with a good fmic you be able to acheive 200-210 hp with a remap

That good news considering I'm getting new intercooler as well for when I change the turbo, I was thinking 560x200x75 plenty of volume compared to the standard intercooler
