Hello guys, I am totally new in this beautiful area of tuning and I have a question that always bothers me because never found an answer elsewhere, so here is my best shot. I have my car Peugeot 406 2.0 HDI 90HP with EDC15C2 ecu and I would like to flash it with an other rom or ecu file of an other car of 110hp. Now, what is the relationship between HW and SW when it comes to flashing the right rom.
is it okay to just ignore and flash the ECU anyway?
any help will be appreciated.
