Hi guys... I want to remap my friends Vitara 1.9ddis 2007 bosch edc16c39 ecu but i have dylema... I read a lot of warnnings about reading and writing this ecu. About loosing injector codes when reading via obd. Or when reading via bdm, it will burn injector drivers? So what you reccomend? I think read and write via obd is best way? But have not bdm backup If injector codes will lost i read it from bodies of injectors and write it via delphi ds150 diag. Some tips and help? Please

edc16 its a easy ecu. if you follow the right procedure i think you dont have problems

I use galletto V54. Yes i worked with edc16... Obd bdm nothing problem. But i read forums and some guys wrote about this suzuki ddis that bdm read will burn injectors drivers and reading via obd cause loose of injector codes so i am a little affraid of this. I usualy make bdm backup but now i dont know... Maybe only obd work?

kess v2 and no problem,bdm and no problem

used kess v2 on on obd with no probs for dpf delete. anybody has a remapped file for this car?

edc16 is easy, but not edc16c39. For a full read I would only recommend using bdm.
