Hi everyone. I've just joined the forums and hope somebody can point me in the right direction. I've been thinking of remapping my A4 2.0T 2006 and there are so many companies. Just looking at a stage 1 remap. So far Celtic tuning is looking good with an increase from 200bhp to 261 bhp. DMS comes recommended from a friend who had their Bmw 335 done. Angel tuning is another.

Has anybody used either of these companies? Any other recommendations or things I should watch out for?

Already asking the insurance questions now Lol!

Most remappers take the 200bhp and 280nm torque up to 240bhp and 360nm torque.

Celtic however do 261bhp and 366nm.

Dms do 249bhp and 340nm but they consider themselves to be the best.

Now shark do 240bhp but 400nm torque.

Is 261bhp and 366nm better than 240bhp and 400nm torque? Or is the 249bhp and 340nm less strain and the best.

Any advice welcome!!
