Hi guys,

i have searched everywhere as much as possible for informations to delete the EGR on my BMW E65 .

I was not able to find 2 EGR hsyteresis maps like for EDC16C31 because mine is already EDC16C35 and there it works different?!

I found a EGR OFF File with an ORI File from an BMW E60 also with 231hp and EDC16C35 , and the changes from that file i write manually to mine file but some things were confusing me also the map in Text looks in Low to high or high to Low different from the E60 map.

whatever, can someone check please what i have done and is this maybe right way for EGR off?

Hi mate,
In your file nothing related to EGR off, just some DTC off.
If you want to made EGR off , look on pictures,that's the real EGR off on your file.

I have seen now your changes , how many maps are there which must be changed for EGR off and which format do they have ?
Winols doesnt recognize them :roll:

Would you please take a look at the picture i attached.
I dont understand why the location from the columns are different than yours when i open my file in winols ?
The adress numbers also are a little bit different is that because of the changes you already made on the file?

And a last question, because of winOls doesnt show this EGR Maps as Maps is it possible to open it like a map and make the changes anyway ? Or must i directly write changes ?

@adriancl i have attached a new picture , hope you understand what i mean. You can see it also by the upper map 16x14 which winOls does recognize, that the columns and adresses location is a bit different on my file which is opened with black colour on winols.



And is it really like VAG only 2 hysteresis maps ????

Are these 5 Hysteresis Maps and all values set to zero?

can someone check my changes please ? There must only be two 16x1 (maps) adresses been set to zero right? I have make the changes like adrian posted above looks like more than just 2 adresses ??
