The solution applied by you is not 100% complete,
we have available solution with disconnected connector totally eliminated

I have changed now these two adresses:
C87FE 16x1

C8864 16x1

these 2 must be the 2 Hysteresis Maps which must be set to zero for EGR OFF :arrow:

I am just not sure about the change at this adress:
C8818 > value is changed from 500 to 244 but in 8bit it is 1 to 0 .... ?! can some explain this please? (also picture attached)

I have attached the Changed File ! (Ori file in first post)

Please can someone check my change, i think it is good and want to try and flash :)

100% working solution. Disconnect valve connector

You mean the vacuum hose must be disconnected from the EGR valve ?

Yes. there is no need to remove the vacuum hose. At your discretion. I meant the control valve itself can be turned off, there will be no errors.

@lonqlife what do you mean with the control valve can be turned off? The EGR valve only works with the vacuum hose connected !
I am confused now..

Have you looked at my last posted file ?
Is it okay or is there something else to change ? Your file has a little bit different software number.

The vacuum is controlled by what?
Control unit through the control valve, which. Therefore, the connector from this valve can be removed.
The file I posted is the file you posted. I downloaded it and deleted it EGR.

Okay now i understand what you mean @lonqlife, but that file was wrong, that i just posted here to compare the changes (because i copied from the e60 file) , my file is „730D KESS ORIGINAL“on the first post :) can you make the change again please?
