The car seems to run fine, nothing is urgent for me.

I did some logs yesterday:
-group003 EGR: as target MAF is 880, EGR doesn't open until MAF reaches it (duty cycle 4,8-19%), but when MAF reaches 880 at partial load, EGR duty cycle goes up to 54-60%). At full throttle duty cycle doesn't go up. Should I set the target MAF to a higher level (1150)to fully prevent EGR open?

-group 011 charge control:
I did acceleration 5 times in 3rd gear from 1500 to 4000 rpm, full throttle: 3 times everything seemed OK, but 2 times there was a small spike at 1900-2000rpm: target boost is 2000mbar @ 2000rpm, but the pressure jumped a bit (1 time to 2050mbar, 1 time to 2100 mbar). Because 2100mbar is the boost limit at 2000rpm, ECU modified the vanes positions, the pressure dropped to 1950mbar for 2-3 secs (while the rpm went up, where the target boost was over 2000mbar). In 4th gear this didn't happen.
This is a small spike, and in 8 measurements (5x 3rd gear, 3x 4th gear) it appeared 2 times, 1x disappeared by itself, the ECU did a serios modification 1 time because the boost limit. I think that in 3rd gear thee rpm goes up very quickly from low rpm, the turpo spins up and starts to flow very quickly, and it is hard for the ECU to prevent this small overrun. Do I have to modify the N75 map? Or is it enough if I set boost limit from 2100 to 2150 in the low rpm range?

Egr has nothing to do with modifying maf map, egr is closed on high iq and high revs by default, i would suggest disabling it by hysteresis (use search)

Use higher gears to log (4th or 5th) , that spike looks normal spike for WOT acceleration, nothing to worry about

Ok, I won't touch N75 map.

As I wrote target MAF, I thought the values in EGR map: as I think if I write 850 to the EGR map, than if the actual MAF is under 850 in the desired IQ and RPM conditions, EGR is closed, but if actual MAF reaches 850, EGR valve starts to open (except if it is full throttle, where EGR doesn't open). The highest value in my original EGR map is 895, so now I filled the whole table with 895. I will se what happens.

I tried to search, but isn't the EGR hysteresis mod (fill with 0) for EDC16?

Egr value is not maf, setting highest will disable it, you are right about hysteresis i forgot we are talking about edc15

Well, it is not really MAF, but...
I thought:
-EGR table filled with 850: idle MAF ~510 (it is below 850, so EGR valve doesn't open)
-original EGR table, 310 value at idle rpm: the MAF at idle is 310, EGR valve opened by ECU, as I think engine eats 310mg air, and 200mg (510-310) exhaust gas
-modified EGR map with 400 value at idle rpm: the MAF is about 400 now, EGR valve opened by ECU, as I think engine eats 400mg air, and 110mg (510-400) exhaust gas

It is possible that this is not true, but I thought it works like this.

I attached my final version file. If there is no mistake in it, I will use it as is. The car runs fine with it.

EGR is not fully off, I found a solution for dynamic EGR, so EGR works (with the limited EGR map values) when the engine is cold (it runs softer, and starts to heat a bit faster), but EGR is off if the engine temperature reaches 55°C.
This is a very limited use of EGR, so I think it won't cause intake clogging.
