Jep been there, done that. I've used a moates roadrunner for live tuning. And when finished it's possible to bench flash the ecu with mpps.

What Hardware and Software numbers You have ?

I made a lot of them with proper VCDS diagnosis and with LM2 Innovate AFR External Sensor.

Also logs from 2 + 13 + 25 Groups would be needed to make on WOT from 2000rpm to 6500rpm before and after to take a look on them.
