Mercedes c200kompressor rev limit whit car stop at 4000rpm

hi friends i have a mercedes c200kompressor cl203 163hp. when standing it has a limit of 4000rpm I would like the limiter to be at 6200rpm. someone could help me with this. a greeting

with the stopped car it has 4000rpm of limit. I would like to have 6200rpm of limit. sorry for my bad English
