cat off MED17

Hey Guys, i have a car with downpipe. so without any catalyst.

How can i deactivate the catalyst?

i am new and although i cant help you with specifics im sure you are aware that a simple tune will fix it.

only problem is, you give no specifics in your post regarding vehicle model, ecu version, etc...
thats probably why no one has offered to help

a different route would be to just run a spacer on the o2 sensor to bring it out of the direct exhaust stream. google it

If you are able to read the ECU and then Reflash here are the location of the Deactivation Codes

Lambda Sensor Deactivation #1
Address 0x55960
Size 1x1
1:on, 0:off
