Hello, everyone I'm Dan. Im from Wisconsin, USA. I love everything diesel related and and to me all diesel engines are cool! Im a fuel injection technician by trade and work on all sorts of injection pumps and injectors from old to new common rail. My first diesel powered vehicle was a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 that i swapped a 4bt Cummins into. Started out mild then by the end i had compound turbos and a 4r100 ford automatic behind it that i tuned my self for shifting. I had over 400hp out of that 3.9L 4 cylinder Cummins. Now i have a 2006 dodge cummins with the 5.9 common rail which ive built 100hp injectors for and changed the turbo to a borgwarner s364.5sxe. Did transmission work to. EFI live tuned to about 650hp. I also had a polaris diesel 455 four wheeler that i traded to get my self into a 03 TDI ALH. I have a 2011 polaris RMK 800 snowmobile that is a 2stroke with a turbo on it. It rips! I also tuned the efi myself on that with some expert help. Im running a VI-PEC ecu on that. So after learning that it made me want to look into tuning my TDI some which lead me here! My tdi has .216 nozzles and the engine in it is from an auto car so it has the 11mm pump. Has an unknown larger compressor wheel turbo on it as well. Southbend daily clutch.
