This is my first ever atempt at tuning after alot of reading

Car original Specs: Seat Leon 2 (2008) EDC16 PD 1.9 TDI 77kW 105 bhp (@4000 rpm) 250 nm (@1900rpm)
Target specs: 103 kW 140 bhp (@4000 rpm) 320 nm (@2500-3500rpm)

Still not tested on car.

What have I've changed :

Torque to IQ Map - extended axis & calibrated to 360 nm (which is about 320 nm on wheels)
Drivers Wish - calibrated from 60% to use new torque values
EGR deleted on hysteresys & duty cycle
Torque Limiter - calibrated to use new torque values (max from 2500 rpm to be kind to clutch)
Since I don't know which smoke limiter is in use i changed MAF, MAP and Lambda
Smoke IQ by MAF - Calibrated to use ~17 AFR from 1500-3500
Smoke IQ by MAP Calibrated to use ~17 AFR from 1500-3500
Lambda Maps - - Calibrated to use ~17 AFR from 1500-3500
Start Of Injection Maps - extended axis for 60 iq by calculating EOI for 55 iq then calculated SOI for 60 iq using duration selector
Start of Injection Limiter - calibrated to allow new 60 iq deegrees
Duration Map 0 - extended axis for 60 iq using linear extrapolation
Boost Map - calculated new boost values for AFR ~17 and extended axis for 60 iq
Boost Limiter- changed to allow new boost values
Hot Start Map - copied values from Cold start map
N75 - map stock (unchanged)

Since this is my first ever attempt at mapping I still didnt have this map on my car as I would like more experianced eyes to tell me is it safe and tell me what is wrong and what I can improve

Changes :


- Torque Limiter redone
- Smoke MAF extended for 3500, 4000 rpm
- Boost Maps (0,1) - recalculated all the way and hopefully done right way ?

I am still learning and would like to hear your opinions now? I am VERY open to constructive critics :)

Is map now safe to test it on my car?

Hi, i tried your mod in my own car, this is very power at low rpm with the egr off, too much strong for the clutch. I modify the erg map leave it original and close the egr progesiblely in the hysteresys maps at 2000 rpm. With this mod at low rpm and idle the engine runs quietly, and kick fast if pull gas down. No smoke, increase fuel comsume and maybe hard turbo charge, it whistle at deceleration.
