Focus 1.6tdci edc16 EGR delete - help!

Ok so I have recently joined and as I said in my hello post great forum / website. I have been able to search and read loads on egr removal etc.. I've watched a few videos too and given WINOLS a go plus tried ECU safe. I cant seem to be sure I am finding the right maps in winols and ecu safe just doesnt do any alterations to my file.

Can anyone help me with EGR delete and DTC's off for a focus 2005 1.6tdci with a edc16 ecu? I'll admit i am a bit stuck but it would be great to compare someones modified version of my file so I can compare the two.

What EDC16 is it? eg EDC16C34

Hmmmm I'm not sure. The edc100 just showed it as an edc16. Is there another way to find out?

Got it I think lol WINOLS has it has an EDC16C3 :)

1st - @ E4F38
2nd - @ E4F9E
3rd - @ E5004
4th - @ E506A

Thanks!! The DTC I want to get rid of is P1412. Basically the egr driver has failed in the ecu and it wont relearn the new valves values. This is far easier than trying to find a working ecu :)

Ok so I've had a go if someone wouldnt mind checking it for me. Not sure I got the DTCs or even its any good but hopefully if it isnt someone will let me know where I went wrong.

Ok so I tried it out and it now brings up code P0404 and the P1412. The EML light was off after two logged P1412 codes which is better than before as it used to come on after two logged, but it came on after a third was logged and when the P0404 code came on (both logged at the same time). I looked at the file you sent and I couldn't see where you had made the changes (just trying to learn) but if you wouldn't mind looking again for me I would appreciate it.
