Disclaimer - I don't have the same car and have never had the same obd error codes...
Now with that said do these codes not indicate a fault with the electronic egr actuator - if so the map file posted previously (assuming it disables the egr test and deletes the error codes should do the trick). If you have already uploaded that map file try a simple battery disconnect and either leave it for 45 minutes or so or short the battery positive lead and earth lead together (with the battery removed - VERY IMPORTANT - DO NOT Short the battery terminals), remove the egr electrical connector, reconnect the battery and see how she blows.
On my car (a Kia) this 'off and delete code' method did not work although I was only getting p0401 errors, I suspect I would have needed to block the egr valve completely for this to work, however an egr hysteresis map tweak (basically told the egr to do one and stay as shut as it could) did work (thanks again to jurebv for that fix btw).
