Which Batterycharger should i use ?

I search for a cheap and good Batterycharger for flash/write process.
Which charger i can use for good voltage ? I use a cheap 25€ charger...in writing process i have the most time under 12,5V and this is bad. But i dont want spend 500€ for a charger. I search for a good cheap alternative ?

Use second car and connect jump leads, for the beginning its best idea.

Yeah but maybe quick is not the best solution :P... maybe there are some good charger for under 200€ ?

Any charger of 4amp or larger will do, just buy the best make you can
