here it is: two files recorded on saturday (full log). the "14:44" file is from cold engine start, the other one is way back (2,5h stop time). It was 40km route, lite traffic, no lights, no intersections.

just took a quick look ...MAF reading looks normal....for example:

time : 151.9040738
RPM : 2368rpm
MAF : 44.77 g/s
Calculated boost 0.51bar

2368/60 = 39.47 rps
39.47/2= 19.73 strokes/s
44.77g/s = 44770mg/s
MAF engine= 44770/19.73= 2269 mg / engine
MAF stoke = 2269 / 4 cylinders = 567 mg / stroke

maybe just a bit low (depends again on temperature and altitude)

ok, thanks. so I've got base point now, and it looks like sensors are ok.

please take a look at 17:31 file between 616 to 623 secs. This is exactly what happens when I feel car "choke" (again, it's very smooth, feels like too much fuel, mostly it's for a few seconds, happens few times a day, but sometimes it can stuck in this state for even 40km). As you can see it was about 2300rpm, 100 km/h steady driving. suddenly :
- calculated instant fuel consumption 0 (!) - but car computer displays at this moment about 10l/100km (steady drive) or 30-40l if accelerating and I mean gears 3 and up
- throttle position (commanded and relative) about 75% (in my case means 75% close)
- oxygen widerange sensors both go below 0! (which means too rich right?)
- lambda hits 0.96 (as I observed it's mostly 2, and as have found it should be 2 in diesel engine)
- engine load ,maf drops - it's not so clear here, but when I use only 4 sensors at time with faster refresh rate I can see it.

and after couple of seconds goes back to normal.

So if so many sensors reacts in this very situation, the question is why throttle is being closed at all? Relative position is a response to command obviously, so where does command come from and why? And if this continous for few seconds at least, if there is not enough air why there is still so much fuel, and car is able to accelerate even so?

What are you using for logging? Its pretty bad for logging it doesnt show injected quantity in mg ... I would tell you if its too rich with this info...if it really is too rich it could be some kind of regeneration mode...how is your dpf
