I paid a tuner for a remap with DPF and EGR delete, as I had no time to find right solutions.
It was supposed to be manual delete with remap already tested on dyno/other vehicles
I'm concerned about the quality- EGR seems to have only DTC's turned off, tuner told me to unplug it, lexia reports ECU still using EGR.
After blinding choke butterfly vacuum hose engine idles smoother, with noticeably less vibration, so im guessing I'll have to turn off egr by histeresis/activation temp myself for things to be done right.
Also I'm concerned about DPF status in lexia?
Could you please tell me what do you think about mods in the software?
