90% you may have trouble.Open ECU, read boot mode,do T prot off, write again in boot mode tprot of file, and, than , can close ECU, and write by OBD any tuned version you want, but useas base file the file without T Prot off.
Anyway in case of fail, you have back up ,, mean bin file, EPR and MPC file.

why risk it? if you do it in boot you have full backup if anything happens...

i understand you say,but owner car dont know how to do a boot mode,he ask me if its possible over obd and i say yes but i dont be 100% sure for the Tprot
