readind ecu from ibiza 6k

hello !
i can't read a ecu from a ibiza 6k 1.9 tdi 110 AFN engine. In my kess told me that is with obd. And I try but gives me error. Can I help me?

only by dessoldering the chips from the board..

With KESS should go reading true OBD. The only problem is if you have the two flash ecu, then you will have to solder the chips of ECU and read and writte then by universal programer. CAn you post the picture of opened ECU so that we can emediately tell you what to do?
