You need to write on the same tool as was read, this might be your problem

I'm using the same tool for reading and writing but gives error.

As .MPC file is raw format then it should not be a problem which tool are you using. It's like a bin file.

I don't know why this happen.

Any one had tried with KTAG to write .MPC OR bin file??

If you have changed data outside of the map area it sometimes errors on writing
Maybe you have a clone tool?

I'm writing the data without modification. Original file i'm writing to device but gives error.

Can you able to write .MPC or bin file by KTAG?

Why would you write mpc ?

As you know you can modified MPC file. I have modified the MPC file and i need to write it.
