Hello everybody can EDC17CP02 be read and written through OBD? Using galletto v54, some people say yes and some no, have not got SW yet it's a friend's car

As far as I'm aware it's a BMW ECU and only Kess will read it

I hope this helps... This list is for KESS v2 on the old protocol. The new protocol is a virtual read.

I've read off a CP02 with v54 sometime ago but was only to inspect the file for feedback - I didn't write back to it, however it was in the OBD safe list with the older TPROT.
