You agree with the exclusion of the valve egr for edc15c7, in this case alfa 147 115hp. Look at the screen of ECM2001.

With this type of egr off you will get DTC error code P0400.

Yes but only if the diagnosis! The error will not be shown on the body computer!
This ECU is the one to the exclusion even physically without giving engine failure!

Hi there,
That's right it will be shown only under fault codes without limp mode,

but RPMFreak is telling you diag error code and that EGR off has to be done without errors - the right way.
EDC15C7 tolerates things like --> even if you blend EGR valve without any changes in ECU, you won't get error to your dashboard...

Switch is the right direction to do it.

Small hint - All EDC15 ECUs have EGR OFF bit. So no mater in which car the ECU is you can always disable the EGR without DTC code to be seen on the diagnostic.
