Hello everybody, I've done a little bit of diesel tuning but now I'm working on a small petrol turbo 1.2 TSI, see my other thread for the original

I'm after a little advise or help on how to make pops or crackle on overrun

I doubt you'll get pops on such a small engine, you'll kill it.

Actually it's very easy to do on these engines, Spark minimum limiter, basic and reference spark advance maps, puc threshold moddding and you can get pops/flames very easily and reliably

is this the MED17 1.2TSI or the Simos 10 1.2tsi? post your ori file, ill tune it with pops and bangs and you can see th changes and learn from it, or shoot me a pm with your ori

I'm not saying it can't be done, I'm suggesting maybe it shouldn't be done.. very weak engine

Haddu I'm very impressed with the work you have done on the 1.2 tsi, 240odd hp is very impressive with just a hybrid CHRA and intercooler
