Immo problem on vw Jetta edc17cp14

Postby Bcurran » Thu Feb 28, 2019 4:23 am

Hi my original ECU stopped working so I have sourced a replacement with the exact same model number, the only difference in the 2 cars was the gear box code (both dsg) I also sourced the dash cluster and key from the donor vehicle. We are having issues with the immobiliser being active still. I would like to look at removing the immo chip so it’s not a problem at all.

Can anyone help me identify which chip to remove / swap to my old ecu?
