Edc15 doesnt have torque to iq, it operates on iq in mg

torque limiter for example 4500 rpm = normal iq, 4501rpm = 0 iq

Have a search for edc15 damos you will find many, as jurebv said use tq limiter to achieve hardcut, some engines don't respond well normally there are other torque limiters to change also.

Also note on my old fiat bravo 1.9 tried hardcut with torque limiter and it wasn't very good, then I found injection quantity maps for coolant, intake temps etc (EDC16) and changed them to, then I had loud pops I can attached a file but it's for EDC16

Also note you might have to change the amount of revs for normal iq to 0, some engines may be better on for example 4500 to 4550 have a play and make it suit you
