Please check TPROT Level BMW E84 X1 2009

Hey guys ,
can someone please check the TPROT Level of this file from BMW X1 E84 10.2009 ?

I have attached Readout from kess.

I know i could just Flash OBD and see if car starts or not but maybe someone can tell me before

Its tc1766 ...x17 does it over obd2

If you are in doubt with ur tool use boot

i am not in doubt with my tool , i have done before x3 2009 but it was in the list listed as safe and this sw version now is listed in "only boot mode" thats why would not risk it via obd :D
