Aside from the obvious differences in how the two work, I don't know anything much about what changes are different
I suppose it boils down to greater care not no run too lean and not to put too much torque on the conrods/crank with them being a bit weaker than a diesel engine but that's about as good an educated guess as I can manage.
I ask because I need to straighten out a file that I payed for for my brother's Audi 1.8tfsi which, frankly, could have been done by some tracksuit wearing Muppet hanging around McDonald's carpark, there's no thought at all gone into it :thumbdown:
