Winols problems when importing bin original

Postby walshy1 » Wed Mar 06, 2019 7:12 pm

Hello everybody, I'm trying to learn my simos 10 ecu and I get two problems in winols, first when I open my original after the checksum box it then shows me two sets of software, how do I know which ones to choose?

Also I have a damos I found for a 1.2 TSI Cbzb engine same as mine but it's DSG, I have the manual 5 speed so there are problems with the damos, my question is how do I calculate the right offset when importing the damos

Thanks

Winols is good at deciding this, use default unless you really need to change it.

Thanks for the reply but if I leave winols select original SW Data it's okay but then when I import damos/a2l there are no maps, it gives me an address range if I use one it has given me I get the maps but many are missing, also the ones it does give me the data is irrelevant inside the maps

For instance all axis data is the same like

Allowed torque at clutch
65555 6555555 65tt5t 65555 65555 65555

Will post a post a picture later cheers !

Probably wrong Damos, or you've imported without selecting all maps

I've tried selecting all maps, it's must be wrong damos it is for newer software and DSG not manual

Cheers
