Edc16c3 flashed with EGR off, car won't crank

Hello, I have Mazda 3 2004, modified my ecu file to set EGR off also correct the checksum.
I flashed my ecu with kessv2 successfully but the car wont crank because anti theft is blinking in my dashboard.
I have original keys, and the fob.

can you guys help, what did I do wrong, and what can I do to fix it!

What happens if you write original file back? Post ur file and egroff

I use KessV2 as a hw, when I try to write back the original file to my ecu, it gaves me error saying "protocol does not support this ecu", however, when I choose recovery, it accepts it and flashing goes successfully, anti theft is off, car starts normally.

I tried the file that adriancl gave me, still get the same thing which is anti theft on! anyone can explain that?. thank you!
