Hello from snowy Austria!

I'm new to this topic, but want to learn as much as possible to flash an ECU by myself.

Please don't laugh, I have a VW Polo 6 AW 1.0 MPI (from 2018) with 65HP and want to get a little bit more HP and some comfort settings, like long-press door lock button to close windows.

I startet with a cheap bluetooth dongle to read out the ECU with TorquePro (and already handled some error codes correctly)

I guess I need some other hardware to completely read and save the ECU to a file.
Then edit it with some software and reflash the file to the ECU. I'm interested in a very cheap solution. Maybe someone can do this for me? I would pay for.

A Bluetooth dongle is a big difference to a programmer, you need a tool like KESS or MPPS to read your ECU.
Be aware there are Fake ones for sale everywhere and not recommended, get a good tool or you could kill your car.

This is just a diagnostic tool, you need something like KESS or MPPS

Ich hab mich schlau gemacht, der VW Polo VI 2G (Typ AW) wird von der KESS Software leider (noch) nicht unterstützt. :cry:
MPSS ist noch älter.

The VW Polo VI 2G (Type AW) is unfortunately not (yet) supported by the KESS software. : Cry:
MPSS is even older.
