Im trying to locate a picture or better still description of the early TD5 chip, i believe it to be a plcc 32 pin?

hi petbeemer,

in first td5 ecu you have one plcc 44...

Thank you that's what i was after, now do you know if it sits in a zif socket?

I have a Defender TD5 from 1999, is it possible to be remap? Where can i get some files for using with MPPS?

199 should be PSOP44, it rw writable but you need to dessolder in order to program it.

Hi,

Defender 1999 ECU MSB PLCC44 AT27C1024! you need to remove and program a new one.
