06a906018aq 1.8T K04 Problem

Hi, got problem with this file.
Bought from one "pro tuner" here in forum but he isnt able to help me.

Problem is car start roughly sometime have to start for 2,3 times to get em run.
Also car only produce 0,5bar boost at max, because N75 valve didnt work (~5% you will see in vcds).
With orifile car runs good and produce ~0,7bar boost and with tunes ecu from a friend it made up to 1,xbar boost.
So must be file.

Test flash em via MPPS, also test via desoldering and programm manual. Both are same result. No power ...
Test with N75 map standard rest like it was tuned ... but same... no power.

Maybe someone can help.
Car runs with k04 turbo, bigger injectors ...

Update:
Here is newest one made by the "tuner".
Tuner is Tboost here in forum, from maximus-performance

So same problem at all, only @ max 0.5bar boost.
Change eprom (because socket) for original an car made 0.7 easly.
With ecu from friend which run also an K04 turbo car made over 1,3bar.

TBoost told his file is fine, but cant believe because evertime same problem at his file for this ecu. And if swaped to series problem isnt there.
There are no dtc present.

Please help or I must burn this shitty 1.8t thing down.

I've send you numerous files files from myself and other tuners.
None of the solutions seem to work for you.

Your solution is bad. :thumbdown:
All files are only changed some values (see 2.7t file ;)).
We got you and I cant recommend your work. Mystically vag tuner here in near got power from ;).
Other tuners...? You mean file you say "from other professional tuner" which can be found for free in nefmoto :crazy: :clap:

Threader can be closed bought a professional tune file.

I have to say that I think it sounds very strange that it would be the software that is wrong, now I have not downloaded it and checked it through but we (Hi-Tuning Performance Sweden) buy almost all files from Maximus Performance and these files are of absolute top class every time, we have certainly bought 100 files so far.

Have you tried old honest debugging? Without VCDS etc? This has helped me many times with strange errors ...

Back to basic so to speak.

:D done a lot of 1.8t that i got files from Maximus-Performance and never had a problem... better check your car if its working fine or visit a workshop :lol: :clap:

another example 2.7t A6
top class... by decrease 2,5° ignition in last 3 colums, rays :clap: . With external knocking detection you see knocks... (if you run with 102 oktan... says all).
top class to add some boost and change some boost limiter (in 3 or 4 steps because forgot about limiters), sorry thats not professional. He done some 1.8t and non works. I wouldnt say if it isnt true, i search honestly over 30 hours, change a lot of parts over weeks.
He creates more than 6 files for this specific 1.8t, non works. :crazy:
1.8T ME7.5 he mod runs to rich. Send him dtc list and logs of em, also video so he can see.
330d he didnt think about railpressure limit, set high boost limit and also tq ... also need of more than 4 times to get car run without died if you put full throttle. Car runs but not perfectly, also send him logs!
Engine is okay test ecu in 5 cars everytime same. Test with standard software car runs fine.

Car now runs good at proessional tune. It costs more than 5 times more, but safe me over 30-35 hours of failure search!

I cant recommend him. If you bought from him and are okay its fine for you , i wouldnt again. Sorry.

If you need free files just tell hahah ...if youre here trying to ruin someones work your wrong dude ...try somewhere else because ive done too much cars like 330d 335i 335d 1.6tsi 1.8t 4.4 4.8 petrol bench obd and all other methods all files done from him and never had a problem

I dont judge other tuners work but i would say any ecu before me7 is ungrateful to do remotely ... i pass online any ecu before me7 but i do them live in workshop

I paid for all the files ;).
Guys, the problem is solved by a real professional.

If works for you nice. For me didn't so you haven't to tell me how good his solutions work for you.
If it doesn't work for me it is unimportant for me what he did for you.
And if you ask me you support yourself. You could buy your files where you want and in fact of freedom I could tell my mine. So please don't post again here. All its said. Thanks.

Sure it is, but he told its no problem.
We all know about problem stuff without good sensors, wideband, knocking detection, maf calculated non map, no good boost regulation in this N75... but you can't tell you could do easily and it doesn't work. Better done like you and tell you couldn't or don't do it. I searched for someone who could do it because I don't know as much about ME3.8.x . Now I found someone good here in near, we applicate it via live simulation on road and now works perfectly.
