Hello everyone!
So I have been reading through this forum for quite a while now. My mission was to read the ecu file myself and somehow remove the egr from it. So after some time of preparation I finally commited to doing the ecu read myself. I think i oreder a cheap mpps clone or something like that from china which i used for reading the ecu. of course it didnt go well the first time. first time i chose a slow/can reading mode for my edc16c35 ecu. and after 35mins/96% progress my windows xp virtual machine randomly restarted. Of course i crapped my pants at first, but the car started, so i was relieved. the second try i went with the fast/can option, whatever that means.
this time the program succeded in reading the ecu in about 5 minutes, and everything seems fine.
So the next step was trying to find the egr hystersis maps in the bin file that i have read. I tried using winols, but its a new version of it, and i got it for free from their official site. Well eventually i could not locate the maps. maybe the winols i used was a free version or something without some feautures, i really have no idea. ant the software itself seemed so complicated, that i would'nt even have the balls to flash the file back to my car after doing some changes there.
So the conclusion is, that i need your guys help. I would love to compare the stock map and the egr off map, so i could understand where to search for it the next time i try to do something similar by myself. I uderstand if you cant help for free, maybe we'll figure something out. ill attach my file, and write all the info about my ecu, because i dont know what you guys need.
