you made some serious mistakes in this file with some of the calibration maps, look like typo. focus on what your factors are when putting in new values in mate ;)
Boosting with percentage, i dont like it much, because then it seems like it was not properly calculated, more like "guessing" what will work?
Did you take logs before adjusting turbo controls?
Rail pressure can do with some attention.

Overall there is a lot more maps that hasn't been tuned to unlock more power. you have touched on the very basic maps for a basic stage 1, increasing these maps more to get more power wont be good, because there is other maps that will keep on limiting you.
I love tuning these, as they are monsters when tuned, and also with their great fuel consumption, that being said, if tuned correctly ;)

How does your car drive? what software do you use to tune, do you have proper map pack?

Oky cool. but yeah, if you do more research and find the other maps and tune them correct you can make this car a monster, these engines are quite bullet proof. ;)

smoothen your torque limiters and make them proper

many mistakes - dirty tuning on nm2iq - revise in 2d mode to look
da350 - the same - dirty tuning and wrong 16 bit mode
wrong n75 touching (both values and maps touched wrongly...)
ef304 - lol ? what is this xD
bad turbo maps touched
baro limiter all over and unsufficient
specific bmw temp maps (look for 3531 kelvin) untouched
soi untouched
lambda also

file is an amateur style and you won't make power with it (you're not even close because you're not knowing what you are doing)
even after your iq will rise to some limits, you're getting asmod lock and without getting pass it clean way - you will stop at 270bhp

with proper tuning and maf unlocking, you can get smokeless 320-330 from this engine with bigger fmic with great driveability and tons of fun made from it :)
