Audi R8 throttle shutting above 6000rpm

Hello,
I have an Audi R8 5.2V10 FSI 520PS, and it shuts the throttle via torque demand after 6000rpm to produce the factory 520PS

I also have a R8 5.2 V10 GT3 Track car, and the throttle says open 100% up to 8000rpm, like the Lambo Gallardo, and the car makes 570PS.

Does anyone know how to find which maps control the throttle not shutting? :ugeek:

Its a 5500rpm throttle shut, it takes some hunting but it can be done
