Audi A4 b6 1.9pdtdi quattro!

Hello guys!

I would like to ask for some help!
My setup:
1.9pdtdi AVF quattro
EGR OFF
CAT OFF
FRont cooler
Kevlar clutch
BV43 Turbo from 2.0pdtdi 170 BVA engine
I have Got 2 files, one file is from a local "pro" tuner, this file is for this setup but with the old turbo (gt1749va)
Other file is the same but its from an other pro tuner with bv43 setup!
i would like to ask some help because with the old software the car feels stronger but is smoke and only got 1,5bar boost
The Bv43 file , feels like i dont have that much torq and i have to rev the engine it feels like around 2000rpm there is boost but below that is flat,one good thing this program doesnt smoke but feels weak and slower!
I know compare to 1749 and bv43 the bv is laggy,but i dont think that is that laggy to boost at 2000rpm....
Please some1 could look at the files and say something about?
gt1749 file is Audi origi upgrade

Hello!

Thats a good question,just registred today i did the introduce yourself maybe i just made this tread too early!
I can send you the files,i just did a block 11 log with vcds!
There is no smoke but the car feels weak,spec boost and actual boost is way off at low rpm....

Post your log, picture is unclear. Boost curves always look like that on low rpm, turbo lag, ive never seen one being par with specified on low rpm

Ahh thanks here is the log,what can you say about the files?
On the log you will see spec boost is 2601, but actual is 2700-2750mbar what is that 100mbar difference?

Because the diagnostic limits are need to be changed to view on vcds correct value for pressure.

Hello!

If i put a pressure gun,i can see 2983,5Mbar in vcds witch is 1,98bar boost.

Anyone maybe has got some logs with bv43 that i can compare to mine?
Yesterday drived the car with fixx vacuum on the turbo but the boost was even worse!
