Checksum software for Bosch MSA25.1 (MB W210 E300TD)?

I looking for some checksum fixer/modifier for Bosch MSA25.1 ECU inside my MB W210 E300TD OM606. I was try to change manualy blocks via HxD, but havn't info (no data found) what kind of checksum is used for this ECU?
Checksum 8/16 , CRC16 , MD-2/4/5?
Found info about Checksum-16 used in Motronic 1.5/3.1/33, but no info about MSA25.1 (probably same, but want to be 100% sure).
I was try also crcmanipulator, but he add bytes to original file :(
I'm newbie in ECU manupulation, but looking over internet about MSA25.1 and checksum (over 3 days) didn't found solution :(

Under HxD, when type Checksum-16 for ori HHH file is 71C9. Load modified file and manualy change data to see 71C9 checksum. This solution is OK?
