Problem with kess v2

I have problem with kess v2 with Skora Octavia II 2.0tdi 140hp, EDC16U1. I read the file, modified it and now when I try to write the file it gives me some RSA error. Some people told me that I need to write it via special function to change the attempts of ecu programming, but i don't know how to use that function. Can anyone help me?

Have car been tuned before?
Can you do BDM read and write?
