Ignition ma and boost map advice

Hi i am a newbie and have been working on a project for a year or so now could anyone tell me if its possible to take seperate parts of one map and intergrate it into another ie take a chunk of the file and copy it into another file boost and ignition maps. i am just learning and theres no way i can even comprehend how to write a custom file.i have been doing a engine conversion for along time now its running eventually but not right lol.the tools i have accated so far and after bricking a few ecus are mpps. kess v2.fvdi.vaux com winols

i am unsure of why you would copy maps from another file, you need to learn more about ME7. it is not a hard ecu to tune

Thanks for reply i am trying my best to learn and lookingbback on what i posted was a stupid question. but finding it hard using winols is there any other programs i could use to find it little easier.its just hard to spot the maps that winols doesnt display and then trying to identify what i need to change in all the maps. its a skill to put it simply. i now realise how much time it takes and the cost of buying equipment etc.i will get there in the end.
